I went in to service my car. Since I was satisfied with my previous experiences with Grossinger, I went there again. I had no intention of buying a car, was just looking at the new cars. I was talking to Jim Monti and told him how I loved my 2001 DeVille, the white diamond color, the ride it gave me, and low mileage (only 47,000 mi). I hated the thought of again having that large monthly payment for a new car (at my age ....79 ugh...can't believe it) when I loved my car so much and the ride it gave me. He told me about the car that just came in....looks exactly like mine.....a DTS, same color, a 2005 with only 14,000 miles. I couldn't believe it...it was exactly what I wanted.... Jim, along with Mike Lorenzo, worked with me and gave me a great price! I took it immediately. I would definitely recommend Grossinger on North Avenue for great service, great price, and especially being so friendly and so courteous.....I walked away having 2 new friends! What great guys!!!

I purchased a 2010 Cadillac CTS-V. The Grossinger team redefines customer service. From my first inquiry to closing the financing, the Grossinger team was first class. They did a thorough job of explaining to my wife and I the various options on the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who values extraordinary customer service. An added touch was the owner, Gary Grossinger, stopped by to say thanks when I came to pick up the vehicle. If that was not enough, the dealership has just opened one of the most comfortable, customer friendly showrooms in the Midwest. Needless to say I am a big fan.

I purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX from Grossinger in November 2009. The dealership facility is new, very clean and well appointed. Keith was very helpful, showing us 3 different vehicles so we could choose the color. The sales process was very smooth. Working with Keith, Tom & Brian we received an extremely competitive price on both the new Cadillac and the Lexus we traded. After meeting with Fred and Angelo to sign the papers, Keith introduced us to Lon, Eric and LT in the Service Department. Keith has also followed up with us numerous times but the vehicle was well preped for delivery, so we haven't been back to the Service Department yet.

This is a very professional organization that is focused on the needs of the Customer.

I was treated with warm, courtous, and one of the most friendly service that a person could image. Ruben didn't try to just put me in something they just wanted to get rid of. He showed me all kind of cars and was very friendly. I felt like he was not trying to beat me . I can respet that about the service and kindness he showed us. Rudy was very friendly and patient with us. He treated us like family. He explained every detail about the financing process and it felt warm and honest. Angelo was so thourogh and gave us one of the best packages that a person would love. The protection package is a great deal. He showed that he care about a person and their vehicle. I thought that was very nice of him to have concern about my vehicle after I bought it and not just at the point of sale. Yedidiah was there with us throughout the entire sale, he help to explain things when needed and showed us courtesy, acknowlegement all while we where there. He call just to see was we satified with our vehicle, and that means a lot when the dealership show that they care after you have the their facility. When we arrived at the dealership, we had researched the Cadillac SRX on-line but had never been in the vehicle. Kevin met and assisted us and made sure that we knew everything that we needed to. He handled everything that we needed and never once put on the infamous 'car salesman' pressure. He was helpful and patient and over the course of several days, devoted countless hours ensuring that my husband and I had explored every option before making our decision. This purchase was a breeze from beginning to end because of him. He made sure that we got the car that we love and that we love the car that we got. Our original saalesman was let go after we ordered a car and Kevin took over the sale for us... He was very attentive in trying to get me the exaact car I wanted in a timely fashion. I recieved the car about 4 days after working with Kevin. After receiving the car we had soem technical difficulties and Kevin was great about getting them handled asap. He made a follow up call to me to make sure that everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend working with him.
The guys in the service department were very helpfull when I had to drop my car off to get the protector package...they had a driver take me home so that I didnt have to wait while my car was being "protected"... When I brought it in to be fixed the service guys were really friendly. they set me up with a rental car for the day. Car was fixed promply by 9am the next day. Overall dealership was great to work with.

I recently purchased a Malibu from Kevin Feret. It was hands-down the best experience that I had ever had in a car dealership. Kevin was very knowledgable about the products and services that Grossinger offered, was very helpful throughou the process, and was able to help me land the vehicle that I wanted. Kevin also was able to help me navigate the entire process of purchasing a vehicle from the start to the finish. One other aspect that helped a great deal was the fact that at not point did he pressure me into purchasing a vehicle that I was not comfortable with. I told him what I was looking for, what my budget was, and that I did not want to price myself out; and Kevin was able to help me reach my goals. Most other dealers would have pressured me into purchasing a new vehicle, but Kevin was actually looking out for my best interests, as well.

Again, easily the best car-shopping experience that I had ever had.

We just purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX from Grossinger City Autoplex. While we got a good deal on the car, it was truly the detailed customer service given to us by salesman Keith Herrera that ultimately caused us to buy. Keith, and GM Brian, were great throughout the entire process and made the experience very smooth and enjoyable.

What has impressed us since buying the car is Keith's continued support of us as customers (often times the salesperson forgets your name after you sign the papers and leave the dealership).

He's a car guy through-and-through and it shows in his work. For example, after taking our SRX in for detailing, he personally made sure the porters re-cleaned the wheels when they weren't as clean as a car buff would hope.

We would definitely buy a car from Keith in the future, and nothing against the other salespeople, but if you are interested in a new Cadillac, I would highly recommend working with Keith at City Autoplex.

I just went to the new Grossinger Cadillac in downtown Chicago. I must say, IMPRESSIVE. I sat in the cafe enjoying my lunch working on my computer as they worked on my Cadillac Escalade. I could have spent the whole day there! They fixed my truck right the first time, which is very important to me always being on the go. New facility, new attitude! Great job Grossinger Cadillac!
